The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, Negative Split encourages a headphone-free environment during the race. We believe your race experience and those around you will be greatly enhanced by leaving the headphones at home or in the car.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. Out of respect for your fellow runners, we ask that you leave your pups at home during the race.
Strollers are only allowed on the 5k course.
McEuen Park is probably the best place to watch the race. If you want to ride a bike out farther to watch runners. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive is a great place to watch the marathon. Riverstone also is a great place to watch the half marathon and full marathon.
