START/FINISH

Yes – McEuen Park in Coeur d’Alene.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY to park so you do not miss your start time. We suggest parking in the McEuen Park parking lot, Coeur d’Alene Resort parking lot, or surrounding city street parking.

Yes – look for the green tent near the Merchandise trailer. You are able to check in your gear and pick up afterwards using your bib number.

COURSE

There are plenty of toilets available at the start/finish and then located at every aid station on the course.

You must start at the time given to you, if you start at a different  than assigned you will be disqualified.

Each aid station will contain GU gels, GU chews, GU hydration, water, and basic first aid.

Aid stations will be positioned roughly every 2 miles on the course.

The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, Negative Split encourages a headphone-free environment during the race. We believe your race experience and those around you will be greatly enhanced by leaving the headphones at home or in the car.

Dogs are not allowed on the course. Out of respect for your fellow runners, we ask that you leave your pups at home during the race.

Strollers are only allowed on the 5k course.

McEuen Park is probably the best place to watch the race.  If you want to ride a bike out farther to watch runners. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive is a great place to watch the marathon.  Riverstone also is a great place to watch the half marathon and full marathon.
