Weekend Overview

This year’s Fitness Games will be a main event at the Spokane Women’s Health & Fitness Expo in the Spokane Convention Center on April 22nd-24th, 2016. Participants can choose to compete in a general fitness challenge or try and qualify for the elite division.

Divisions

  • Novice Division – It is recommended that elite competitors be able to complete basic strength lifts in addition to advanced Olympic weightlifting movements (snatch + clean & jerk) and gymnastics
    movements (pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups).
  • Rx Division – It is recommended that Rx competitors be able to complete basic powerlifting lifts (deadlift, squat, bench press) as well as handle light loading on Olympic lifts, and be able to complete double-unders.
  • Elite Division – It is recommended that elite competitors be able to complete basic strength lifts in addition to advanced Olympic weightlifting movements (snatch + clean & jerk) and gymnastics movements.

Workout #1 – Released on January 15th – Description & Scorecard

Workout #2 – Released on January 22nd – Description & Scorecard

Scorecard and video submission deadline: Monday, February 15th.

Invitations sent out to top 10 M/M Teams and top 10 F/F Teams: Wednesday, February 17th.

Fitness Games Workouts
